I picked up the item at a local business that closed its doors, I put a new bulb in it and lite up.... It does show signs of usage with scruffs, scrapes some paint loss, etc.... It has some cards with for small engine repairs that are used also... Look at the pictures good and email with any questions before bidding, sold as is, will combine on shipping.
