Montgomery Ward GEN3995 Vintage Boombox Radio Cassette 8 Track Player - $55 - (Malvern, AR)
This is a vintage 80s boombox from Montgomery Ward and is the GEN3995 model. The unit is in nice condition and isn't working properly. It hasn't been used in a while and the Volume and Balance controls have static in them and you have to play with them to get a good clear sound. When they have a good connection the radio sounds great on both channels with a clean sound. The cassette player FF, REW, and Plays but the tape gathers inside the player as it is playing. The 8 track player plays when you insert a tape but doesn't produce sound. The cabinet is nice and clean with no heavy type or noticeable scratches and no cracks or chips and the front grills have some light wear on them. The very tip of the antenna is missing and the battery compartment is clean. It is sold as is for parts or repair. It measures 17" in length and stands 10" high.
