Naval bronze 1/2 inch caliber black powder Handgonne cannon barrel .Your buying the barrel, a length of 3/4" dowel and a pin for attaching to a shaft, the shaft in the picture is not included but easily made from a large yard tool handle or dowel of around 1&3/8ths to 1&1/2 inch diameter .Barrel measures 8 inches long ,the bore is 1/2 inch (plus a little for windage ) by 4 & 3/8 inches deep . The mounting hole is 1.900 inches deep by 3/4 inches diameter. This naval bronze barrel weighs a hefty 3 & 3/4 lbs but is balanced just right shoulder mounted on a 38 inch shaft .
