Sale is for the shown Commemorative souvenir collector hanging Frankoma plate. Holes on the back to add a wire. Depicts Oklahoma joining as a state in 1907 with the state flag, etc. John Frank's signature and Frankoma are on the back. John Frank was the founder of the pottery company in 1933. He moved the company to Sapulpa in 1938 which the red clay used was named after. The name Frankoma was created from Frank's last name and the last three letters of the state of Oklahoma. The plate is in good condition, no chips, scrapes or cracks. 8 1/2" wide.
