This is an antique cast bronze commemorative plaque, for Sir Charles Napier. It is solid and not damaged with nice patina. It is 12 1/4" wide, 6" wide and about 3/8" thick. It weighs 4 pounds. There are many web biographies for this person, he was quite important to England during his military service. This was found in the estate of a deceased Russian antique dealer, he went to London often to do his buying. Please ask questions if needed. Any white spots are camera flash reflections.
