No batteries will be included so the cost of shipping will be more affordable. I tested recorder with batteries and worked fine. Battery compartment clean no rust or corrosion. *Did not test with a power cord -not Included. Has plug in spots and did test headphones which worked but did not test any of the others - DC6v AUX EAR REM MIC Because I am unable to test recorder fully my asking price will be low. So I am unsure of those I could not test.
