SET 4 VINTAGE ART DECO KEELING & Co LOSOL WARE BOWLS CHANDOS BURSLEM FLOW BLUE - $60 - (Boothbay Harbor, ME)

Beautiful set of 4 art deco flow blue soup or dessert bowls made by Keeling & Co., Burslem, England in their Losol Ware Chandos pattern. The bowls measure 7 5/8" in diameter, are 1 3/8" high and are decorated with peach trees in striking orange, yellow, green and flow blue colors. The bowls' rims have a thin band of gold around them. In the center of one bowl is a small grayish circular spot less than 1/4" in diameter. It appears to be under the glaze and can be viewed in photo #7. The bowls show a bit of wear to the bottom of the fruit where the wall of the well curves outward as shown in photo #6. There are no chips, flakes or hairlines and I do not see any age crazing either. These bowls are quite beautiful and have been in my collection for many years, but it is now time for me to allow someone else to enjoy them as well.
