It has all of its pages. 186 pages. It has no rips or tears. The pages are a little yellowed. The cover is a little worn. The book has a mild smell of mothballs from storage. It has a child's handwriting on the first couple of pages. The book measures approx. 8 1/4" x 5 3/4" x 7/8"
