It has also been treated with Scotchguard Furniture Protectant. We bought this loveseat less than one year ago. We haven't had enough company over at any one time to necessitate using this loveseat so it has mostly sat untouched in a non smoking household. We are selling the loveseat because we are moving and want to cut down a bit on what we carry with us.
