Design Your Future at PVH Lead Engineer Desktop Support POSITION DETAILS: Lead the planning, design, and implementation of end-user computing platforms. Conduct feasibility studies, develop requests for proposal, and evaluate and recommend product selection.This role focuses primarily on end-point engineering the organization. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB: Engage in development, management, implementation, and maintenance of PC and Mac desktop environment, software distribution infrastructure, and patching methodology. Understand application dependences and change impact.Participate as an active member of the change and problem management team responsible for increased call avoidance, improved asset use, and decreased end-user downtime.Evaluate operating systems and simplify the deployment of common applications and requests for service by utilizing current toolsets.
