It is embossed SANFORD'S and RADICAL CURE on the sides respectively. The bottom is embossed in the recessed center POTTER DRUG & CHEM CO BOSTON MASS U.S.A. It has a little haze but no chips, cracks, or dings. There is one teensy seed bubble on the shoulder that is partially surfaced and whitish, very minor.
