It is embossed WORDEN & HYATT'S on one side.....FANCY IXL INKS on the other. It has some haze and a small base edge chip. There is a refractive layer of glass around part of the top of the lip but it is not a crack.....you can feel the extra layer start on the inner part of the neck.
