Many wharves, streets and green spaces are identified in English, while many other features are in Japanese only, including the keys on the bottom right and marginal glosses on the left. An extensive "green zone" near the race track in the upper right seems to include a good deal of proposed development, with many roads consisting of broken lines. The map is populated with a wealth of detail. CONDITION: Good, old fold marks, a few small areas of repaired loss at folds, slight toning at folds, reinforced at some folds on verso.
