ITALY 1929-1930 SCOTT #232-234, 236-237, 239-241, 242-245 STAMPS. This auction is for twelve used/unused stamps from Italy dating between 1929 and 1930. They are: Unused Italy Scott #232-234 and #236-237 stamps (1929) as well as unused Scott #239-241 (1930) that commemorates the marriage of Prince Humbert of Savoy and Princess Marie Jose of Belgium; the stamps are with full gum. Tiny black marks on the orange-red stamp are from the Scott 1930 album where printer’s ink images left marks on the unused stamp hinged over it. Scott #242-245 (1930) are used and feature Ferrucci & Army, Maramaldo killing Ferrucci. They are from a collection that came from a Scott 1930s album; the stamps were previously hinged and their centering and condition is as shown (SEE IMAGES FOR DETAILS).
