It is overall in excellent cosmetic condition. It includes 9 shelves between the 3 sections. It is on wheels that roll well. One of the lower door seals could use being replaced. We plugged the cooler in and it immediately powered on, the inside lights work when the door is opened and the fan and compressor started right up. We let it run overnight and set it to the coldest setting. It cooled down 31F based on our inside thermometer and 22F on the front readout. We then set it to the warmest setting and it warmed up to 41F inside and 33F on front readout. From everything I can tell the cooler is in proper working order.
