One vintage metal tin that is 6" long, 3 3/4" wide and 2 1/4" high that once held crystallized ginger washed and packed for the Walter M. Hatch, Company. At one time crystallized ginger was thought to have medicinal properties and used to treat inflammation, nausea, and even certain cancers.
