UNIVERSITY OF MIAMI SCHOOL OF LAW OFFICE OF FACILITIES POSITION OVERVIEW NAME: WORKING TITLE: Facilities Service Representative UM TITLE: Facilities Operations Representative POSITION SUMMARY: The Facilities Service Representative is responsible for performing support functions in assigned areas to maintain an attractive, safe, and functional condition of the School of Law complex. The Facilities Service Representative is responsible for performing all facilities related functions including preparation and completion of work orders, event set-ups and maintenance of storage facilities and is responsible for all incoming and outgoing mail for the School of Law and the Law Library. This position performs a variety of general duties that include interior and exterior building and classroom inspections, event setups, classroom setups, furniture, and fixtures repairs, deliveries, and moving and maintaining comprehensive inventory of in-house and off-site archived documents.
