The Infant and Toddler Mental Health Symposium focuses on the importance of issues concerning children ages birth to five. The Symposium brings together multi-disciplinary evidence-based practices to aid in the prevention, recognition, assessment and treatment of traumatic experiences in young children and their families. The goal of the Symposium is to provide an opportunity to enhance professional, investigative and legal skills when dealing with all forms of maltreatment including those related to family violence.
