SNI has partnered with a valued client on a search for an Instructional Designer. The Instructional Designer will be responsible for working with subject matter experts to enable team members to acquire the essential skills to effectively improve team efficiency. The Instructional Designer will be responsible for learning new skills to establish an engaging learning environment. Essential responsibilities: - The Instructional Designer should have background with PowerPoint and Camtasia. - The Instructional Designer handle the application process for testing instructional methods. - The Instructional Designer will be responsible for creating content for all instructional goals. - The Instructional Designer should have a min of 1 yr of background in curriculum planning and development. * The Instructional Designer will be responsible for creating the necessary educational materials for audio/visual and role playing teachings.
