Antique Boxed Microscope German Late 1800’s - $125 - (Prospect Harbor, ME)

Offering an antique brass and iron microscope in a fitted machine dovetailed mahogoney box from the late 1800’s. The only marking I could find were on two lenses that are marked E. Leitz, Wetlar. This leads me to believe the microscope is German. The mirror has damage as pictured, otherwise the microscope looks complete and usable. We have not tried to clean anything. Dimensions: Box is 14” high by 7 3/8” wide and 7 3/4” wide, microscope is 12 3/4” high by 5 3/4” long and 4 1/4” wide. Weight: 15 lbs Marks: E. Leitz, Wetlar.
