This unit is in good cosmetic condition and it has been well kept. Unit is from a US military medical surplus, it come several accessories in the the case that includes the manual, leak tester, reusable irrigation tube and the cable guide. I have only briefly tested this for image because i dont have an image processor and camera. I had to go test it at a friend's warehouse a couple of hours away . No damage detected cosmetically, the cords or guides do not have kinks, dents or any buckling and flattening. As a used item this unit sold as-is, if you live nearby and have a processor and would like to come to our warehouse to test it yourself, you are welcome to do so.
