UX Designer - (Los Angeles, CA)

Position description Summary: As a UX designer at PlutoTV, you will help craft powerful experiences that highlight our products’ unique capabilities and personalities. You will lead research programs and create designs that connect user centered design practices to business goals. In this role you will create elegant solutions to new and challenging problems in the tv space. You will mentor talented members of the product design team, while collaborating with business leaders and department leaders. A portfolio web siteis required for consideration. Assignments include: Conceive and test concepts that will lead to a useful and connected PlutoTV background Translate concepts into product qualifications, user flows and wireframes Work within agile philosophy Work with multidisciplinary teams to co-create user stories and journeys Identify user pain points and devise elegant solutions Collaborate with other teammates and stakeholders Ask smart questions
