Unit is in good cosmetic condition with scratches and sticker marks. it does have scratch dent in the rear upper corner as seen in the last picture. Unit is from a VA medical facility. It powers up, all buttons function. and both handpieces run when the respective switch on the control is pressed. It includes two handpieces, the US3 handpiece and the PN3. There is a hose with it and the foot switch. I do not have any additional accessories with this item beside the ones mentioned and that are phoptographed.
