Vintage Hand Painted Floral Sugar Bowl -Noritake M Japan is in fair condition. There is a small flaw on one of the handles -it is smooth so I don't think it is a chip. The bowl measures 4" tall, 5 3/4" from edge of handle to edge of handle, and 2 3/4" across the bottom.
