Overview Job Code 2017-9061 POSITION TITLE: Product Design Manager LOCATION: 19001 Kermier Road, Waller, Texas 77484 JOB SUMMARY: Manage and coordinate activities of design engineers working on projects related to residential and/or commercial Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning (HVAC) product designs to support Goodmans manufacturing activities for its HVAC product line in accordance with cost and quality requirements. Confer with management and production staff to determine feasibility and cost effectiveness of product modifications. Assist with product design by providing guidance based on technical knowledge and background. Develop and manage project/production schedules related to modifications, resolve issues, and support product improvements. Coordinate production and processing activities in support of the manufacture of HVAC products. Assist with defining project scopes and timing. Provide support for both manufacturing and field issues.
