I can't be sure what brand and model this trunnion is, however I have some dimensions. The 4 mounting holes in the channels are 9/16" diameterAdjacent mounting holes in channels are at approximately 21 1/8" centersOpposite mounting holes in the channels are at approximately 30" centersThe shaft is 10" inches in length atop the channel frameThe largest portion of the shaft is approximately 1 1/2" in diameter and 6 1/2" in lengthThe next smaller portion of the shaft is approximately 1 3/8" in diameter and 3/4" in lengthThe smaller threaded portion of the shaft is approximately 1" in diameter and 2 5/8" in length I do not have any additional hardware. Please look at the description and photos. I am selling exactly what is in the photos and to the best of my ability, what I have described. Thank you.
