This walk-in was used and ordered as a freezer without floor as they had an insulated concrete floor there. You could use this box as a freezer as long as you have an insulated floor, or as a cooler and you wouldn't have to have an insulated floor. This box is a one owner and was ordered new in 2010. The condition is pristine. Made in the USA, and NSF Rated. All the panels are wood-frame, cam-locking, and 5.5" thick! 5.5" thick panels are the most expensive in the industry and are extremely expensive when ordered new. Professionally removed, includes door strip curtains, cam button hole covers, and bottom stainless steel cove for where the panels meet the floor. There is no refrigeration included (no coils, or compressors). The door is a the very large pivoting door allowing pallet jacks easily in and out. Brand new just the panels and door for this size box would cost over 30,000.00 USD. Note you must have a loading dock, or forklift to receive these panels, otherwise strong people would have to hand unload the panels and door frame with door.
