Vintage Ceramic Planter on short pedestal - Basket Weave Pattern Classic - $7 - (Hayward, WI)

Cute planter perfect for African violets! I can not identify it but believe it to be American due to its weight. It has the raised feet which are unglazed and common to vintage American pottery.
