1900s Ad Red Cross Nurse Comfort Skin Powder Co Medicinal Heals Ideal for Baby - $12 - (Great Bend, KS)
This is an original antique ad print for Comfort Medicinal Skin Powder...Heals and Comforts the Skin--made by Comfort Powder Co. of Hartford, Conn. I assume that the pretty lady is a Red Cross Nurse...at least she has a cross on her sleeve. I do not have the exact date of this ad but place it 1900 to 1909. It is a true antique of more than 100 years old and is guaranteed authentic. The reverse side has an ad for Shredded Wheat Biscuit. The image size is 5 1/2" x 4"--that size does not include the ample margins left for framing purposes. The image is in very good plus condition...any very minor issues are not seen unless held at an angle. Margin staple holes and such can be covered by matting or trimmed for framing. Please zoom and enlarge the pictures for best description. This will be placed in a protective sleeve and shipped in a sturdy cardboard reinforced envelope.
