What you bring: An interest in a role that assembles and sanitizes cheese equipment. This person's role will consist of making cheese into daisy wheels. This will involve all processes related to pressing cheese and inserting into cheese forms. We are interested in you if you are capable of the following responsibilities that may be expanded to include other duties by management: 1. Check line process equipment to make sure they are clean and free of any foreign material. 2. Sanitize cheese cutter, presses, tables and all equipment used to produce cheese on the production floor. 3. Required to perform daily checks for sanitation with ATP swabs.
