Architectural Designer - (Torrance, CA)

The architectural designer will create architectural designs; presentations; detailed wood and metal framing sketches; models; and computer generated 3D interactive representations using AutoCad, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, 3D studio Max, and Adobe Photoshop, Ms office, (Ms word, Microsoft excel, PowerPoint), and related software. Assist in the management of projects from inception to completion, including field measuring and drafting, cost estimates and project timelines. Conduct research into applicable project variables, including sustainable design; ensure project compliance with applicable building codes, and Title 24, Disability Act; and provide site and building analysis for ADA Compliance.
