Vtg Chalkware Note pad holder Yellow Bird & House 1954 Miller Studio - $9 - (Overbrook, KS)

Vintage 1954 Miller Studio "Make a Note" Chalkware piece. Has wear and small ships to paint, etc. One chip along bottom edge, misc light scratches and wear from normal use. Back has a hole and 4 staples, also looks like a new hold mas made for a hanger. Hanger seems very solidly in place. No pad anymore, I think you could reglue a new pad to the old cardboard. The cardboard has holes, staples and misc notes or marks. Super cute yellow bird, and house! Measures approx 7 1/2" wide and 6" tall.
