Project Manager - (Pittsburgh, PA)

Job summary: Responsible for overall project design and scheduling, resource allocation, project accounting, and control, while providing technical direction and ensuring compliance with quality standards. The construction project manager responsibilities span a wide range, covering all the areas of project management. General Duties: Project organization and administration; responsible for all engineering, accounting, cost control, quality assurance, and project closeout on assigned projects. To know the plans, specifications, estimate, cost reports and the contract for all assigned projects. Determine the overall construction schedule and preparation of the detailed CPM schedule. Supervise all subcontract work: procurement, coordination, performance, and final payments. Establish and maintain satisfactory relations with the Owner and Architect: obtain approvals, change orders, extra work orders, requisitions and acceptance of work.
