Biologist/Entomologist Job - (Durham, NC)

Applicant will work with a team of entomologists (Non-Crop Advanced Testing) whose charge is conducting experiments to test new insecticide chemistries and formulations for utility against urban insect pests (e.g., structural, household, public health). Primary duties will be conducting insect (e.g., mosquito, ant, house fly) rearing procedures, providing test insects for the team and building a repository for study data files. General laboratory tasks will also be required as needed. Additional duties may include assisting in bioassay preparation, set up and evaluation. Work will be conducted under direct supervision of Company research scientists within Global Insecticide Research. Education / Background preferred: The successful applicant will have background working in a biological laboratory setting. Specific background in entomological research is highly desirable.
