Healthcare Attorney Job - (Greensboro, NC)

A large southeastern law firm with a national practice, is seeking an attorney with background in healthcare law and transactions for its Greensboro office. REQUIREMENTS: 3-5 yrs of background in profit and non-profit healthcare systems and other providers background including regulatory compliance. Background with healthcare commercial agreements and transactions. Working understanding of health care laws and regulations including the federal Anti-kickback Statute and the False Claims Act, Stark, HIPAA, billing and reimbursement, state licensure, corporate practice of medicine, and compliance. Background in healthcare M&A deals, consolidations, and restructuring preferred Admitted and in good standing with North Carolina Bar. Outstanding written and spoken communication abilities.
