QA Call Auditor (SCA) Job Code:2019-10-2-001Location:Lathrop, CAStatus:Regular Full time Responsibilities:The QA Call Auditor audits the phone activity and techniques of the collection and related staff, as they relate to compliance with FDCPA, FCRA, FACT, HIPAA, Privacy Act and other state and federal regulations as set out by the supervisor. Essential duties: Audit transaction histories to ure adherence to Performant policy and procedures. Track and record audit outcomes on an individual basis and report results to the supervisor. Compile data as needed to track trends and tendencies both on an individual and group basis. Complete other special projects as ignedRequired Skills and Knowledge: Demonstrates sound judgment. Strong spoken communication expertise required to communicate with external parties. Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow up on work in various stages of completion. Demonstrate ability to be detail-oriented. Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel helpful.
