All online Koi orders will be shipped via UPS Overnight Service. Your order will be shipped the next available day after your order has been placed. Shipping days are Monday through Thursday for delivery Tuesday through Friday. You will receive a shipment notification email containing your tracking number the evening before your order is shipped. $50 Shipping is only for the Domestic US Lower 48 Contiguous States. There is no extra charge for combining multiple fish into one shipment. There is no limit on the number of fish which can be combined into one shipment. Castewai Koi guarantees live delivery on all Koi purchased on its website. Any D.O.A. (Dead On Arrival) claim must be made within 3 hours of receipt, including a photo of Koi in the original unopened packaging. After this time frame, BUYER ASSUMES FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE KOI. If the DOA is caused by UPS (crushed box, etc.) please contact us to file a claim with UPS (please include a picture of the damaged packaging). For the safety of our extensive stock NO RETURNS ARE ALLOWED. We are not responsible for any delays, or weather, that causes late shipments, as they are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping company. If any fish is dead due to a delay in shipping or late delivery, we are not responsible and absolutely no refund, store credit or exchange will be given. There is always a slight chance that a fish from your order will not be shipped due to health concerns.
