2004 4" Cloud Techo McDonalds Neopets w/tag - $25 - (Strafford, MO)

Rare 4" Cloud Techo from McDonalds Neopets collection . It has a code, but can't say for sure if it was ever used. I don't think so because this was from an adult collector, but don't want to guarantee that. It is in perfect, clean condition but tag has a couple creases.
