SHIFT: Nights; full time, 40 hours per week; 10pm-6am, 8-hour shifts. NECESSARY SKILLS: Must have ASCP and BLs. 2+ years of background and 50 mi radius rule. The Lab Technician demonstrates critical thinking skills, judgement and leadership in the practice of laboratory technology. The Lab technician is responsible and accountable for the efficient planning, directing and accurate provision of all laboratory testing for inpatients and outpatients. The lab technician practices in accordance with laboratory policies, procedures, regulatory standards, recognized testing techniques and administrative policies.
