Global real estate company seeks an administrative facilities coordinator to manage the front desk and general office needs. Responsibilities: - Answer phones and greets guests; handle both phone and face-to-face property inquiries. - Sense of Urgency - Detail Oriented - Communication Proficiency (oral and written) - Serve as 1st point of contact to callers and visitors, providing a professional image for the property through efficient direction and assistance; provide administrative support. - Time Organizational skills Education: High-school Background: Entry Level Requirements: - Respond to facility inquiries and complaints, assess problems and take the necessary corrective action - HS Diploma or equivalent - Remain knowledgeable regarding all operational aspects of building systems - Proficient with Ms office (Ms word, Outlook, Ms excel) - Multi-Tasking - Microsoft Office skills - Order and maintain office snacks and supplies; order food for events as needed Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Skills:
