Randstad is looking for a qualified Maintenance Tech for a reputable company in the Clearwater area! second Shift M-F $18- $23/hr Position overview - Assists Maintenance Managed in ensuring the building is meeting all needs for operation. The perfect candidate will have extensive electrical knowledge. Responsibilities: - Often required to lift and/or move 50 lbs or more as needed - Required to complete special projects as assigned. - 1 Year relevant background or training. - Previous mechanical training preferred. - Must be able to understand, read, and follow both written and oral instructions in English. - Responsible for follow-up on preventive maintenance. - HVAC, painting, repairs using hand tools, electrical repairs - Required to work as part of a team and to respond constructively to requests from other areas - Install light fixtures and repair any broken ones in the building - High-school diploma, GED or equivalent number of years of education and production maintenance background.
