This is the Original Apple Baker made by Christian Ridge Pottery in Paris Maine USA. To use it you core a large apple put it on the post bathe with one tablespoon each butter and water garnish with your choice of raisins nuts honey or maple syrup and bake in 350 degree oven for 20-40 minutes Or use microwave for 1 1/2 to 3 minutes. THe apple baker is made of earthware clay and lead free glaze. It is oven proof dishwasher and microwave safe. Not meant for stove top. Excellent clean undamaged condition with no wear. It is 6 1/4"across.
