Facilities Operations Manager - (Raleigh, NC)

Job summary The Nautical Group is a retained search firm partnering with clients to identify and recruit outstanding individuals capable of serving key disciplines. We are currently assisting WakeMed in their search for a Manager of Facilities Operations for their North Campus facility. This role provides direct leadership and is accountable for the overall administrative, operational, functional and technical plant engineering activities for plant operations, maintenance and grounds functions. Accountabilities include: :Ensures reliable and efficient operation of central utility plant services :Develops, directs and ensures completion of building, grounds and equipment maintenance and repairs :Initiates and directs renovation and capital improvement projects as required :Serves as a liaison with other departments in support of capital improvements within their responsible areas. :Develops and manages the operating expenses, budget, staffing and capital equipment/improvements.
