Essential duties and responsibilities: :Develop and implement the product cost process and support the product costing area of the business :Support the system cost process and implement changes as required :Organize and lead team efforts to improve procedures and controls with minimal supervision :Analyze bill of materials structure and system costing processes for accuracy and best practices; coordinate efforts to implement any changes/adjustments required :Effectively communicate and interact across departments and levels of leadership :Lead the annual re:standardization and master data accuracy effort :Support Plant Controllers efforts for implementing and maintaining internal controls for operations, sales, engineering and finance :Interface with manufacturing plant personnel and purchasing on Inventory and Costing issues
