This is a Goebel M I Hummel - RARE Disney Set It is a "Goebel Celebrates 50 Years of Disney Magic Special Edition of 1,000 1951-2001" It comes with the base with the above saying on the plaque It comes with M I Hummel "March Winds" Boy with Scarf - 43/0 marked with the special edition labeling (see pictures) It comes with Winnie the Pooh "Tigger" depicting "March Winds" - 17 351 also with special edition labeling (see pictures) They are in perfect condition with no defective, flaws, or damage but they do not come with a box or paperwork
