Antique early 19th century Overshot woven linen Runner, beautiful hand weaving - $47 - (Anaconda, MT)

#6247 Here is a beautifully hand woven antique (early 19th century) linen overshot weave table runner. This is made with natural linen, so is ecru in color, with the overshot pattern being made in a shiny linen thread. The pattern is very subtle and beautiful. It is 25 X 60 inches, trimmed on each end with Cluny style lace (added by hand long after the runner was made originally, lace is machine made). There are 4 small holes, and a rust stain as shown in the photos. Otherwise in excellent antique condition.
