Customer Care Center Associate - Part Time - (Toms River, NJ)

Job overview The Customer Care Center Associate is required to be a customer service ambassador to external and internal customers, participate in Bank related activities, and practice professional decorum with fellow employees and our customers and at all times. Critical responsibilities ---Provides excellent treatment of Bank customers in a respectful and professional manner at all times. ---Takes ownership of customer issues and works with the customer finding an appropriate resolution. ---Accomplishes Bank Vision by completing related results as needed. ---Presents alternate banking solutions when appropriate. ---Responsible for contributing to Customer Care Center sales goals. Typical Position assignments ---Answers incoming calls to the Customer Care Center and assists customers with banking related questions.
