Military M-1951 Field Jacket Shell Coat US Army 50s Dated June 1953 Cold Korea - $55 - (Patten, ME)

M-1951 Field Jacket, Shell. For cold weather. The jacket has a date of June 1953 on the inside. It has zippers and snaps on the front. There are four large front pockets. There are drawstrings at the waist and the bottom. I don't see a size on it, but it fits me like a modern size large jacket. It measures 22" from armpit to pit, 19 from shoulder seam to shoulder seam, 28" long from the bottom of the front collar to the bottom of the coat, and 19 from armpit to sleeve cuff. The jacket is in fair condition overall. It has some fading, as one would expect of a 65 year old garment. There are a couple small white marks, that may be stains. I didn't launder the item recently. It has wrinkles from being in storage. There is one very small hole on each sleeve cuff. The snap from the upper left pocket is missing. The printing on the inside of the jacket is partially worn off. Please see pictures.
