Hello my name is John. I restore, recondition vintage microphones for display, prop and functional use. I am offering this 1950's era Atlas CS-33 demountable floor stand produced in Brooklyn, N.Y. Before the company moved to Parsippany, N.J. This stand is in well above average cosmetic condition and 100% functional. Very few of these around from the Brooklyn era of Atlas.The base is clean and dent free and the chrome riser tubes are in very good condition also. All threading is clear and both adjustment clutch's are working correct for adjusting the height. It has the standard 5/8 threading for clip or direct mount of a microphone. The Atlas Brooklyn label is partial, but still on the riser tube. This design allows for multiple height adjustment settings and complete breakdown of the stand. Adjusts from 26 to 64 inches. The base is hammerloid chrome. A very nice and unique Atlas design. Ready for functional use or vintage microphone display.
