This is Skipper's very hard to find #1941 "All Spruced Up" complete outfit from 1967. The set includes a black tweed dress, (same fabric as Barbie's Career Girl), w/white collar, red bow and long sleeves w/white cuffs, a white hat w/red bow, white lace thigh high stockings, a white vinyl shoulder bag w/red stitching and black Japan flat shoes.
